Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on HVAC industry experience
• Valid EPA Universal Certification (Sections 1, 2, and 3)
• Current NATE Certification
• Ability to pass comprehensive background screening
• Security clearance eligibility (required for municipal contracts)
• Versatile skillset spanning service, installation, and commercial applications
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening
